I'm sure its an oversight Artey..

 

Wearing a gloomy and pessimistic front in public...Check

Intentionally misleading shareholders on the regulatory status of your products...Not a chance Arthur!

 

Also, I have found that buying during unusually intense periods of the bashing of BNC's products has allowed me to obtain a much lower average cost than I had when I first entered the stock several years ago. Obviously its not a great time to sell, but I have never sold more than 3% of my position anyhow. Not surprisingly, increased bashing tends to coincide with the scraping of the lows for the year, but it is as good a barometer as I have seen for this particular stock. 

 

I think I'll try and buy some more tomorrow if by chance it meanders back into the 50s.
