RE: For everyone voting

RE: For everyone voting

BillyK, and everyone else reading the thread, in my opinion Dkolish is someone trying to derail what we are trying to do here. Its somewhat conspiratoral, and I may be wrong, but Dkolish's ideas are absolutely ludacris. I mean protesting outside of a building? It seems pretty clear that Dkolish's purpose is to make this board look like a bunch of disorganized anonymous people who have no idea what they are doing.

I do not agree with or support anything Dkolish is proposing, if you have noticed he is not part of the FIU shareholder group, and there is a reason for that.

There are members on this board constantly advocating for different avenue's of shareholder action that we can take, and an EGM is out of the question. We simply do not have the time, and I am sure Dkolish knows this.

Bottom line, Sprott and the other large investor groups representing over 41,000,000 shares are against this asset sale, there are 22 members representing 4 million shares against this asset sale.

Do you know how deals like this that make hundreds of millions for some parties while shareholders get virtually nothing manage to get through? It's because people sit at home and think someone else will fight their battles, and then they find out that while they were sitting around their investment disappeared, and they are left with pennies. Dont believe me? Why don't you check out the wealth stocks that have recently left shareholders with nothing: arise technologies, sino-forest, the list goes on.
