indeed sp has been controlled over the past year as Mouat sold shares and lost on his gambit. Surprised if an investigation isn't underway to discover his first dealings with MK to wield power at BAJ. Anyone attached or even at arms length to MK would have been buying shares over the past year as they would likely put some of their money where MK chooses to park theres. I think the potential payday here for MK would have allowed it to cover losses for such Mouat types as they sell a few million shares over the past year. Perhaps Drummond, your friends have taken the stance that it won't really matter in the long run and don't wish to be used by management or MK . I've had members of a board align with large shareholders, allowed to vote on such matters even though they may recieve benefits from casting votes in the proper direction. Perfectly legal but if u own enough shares u may qualify for such a deal. I don't believe it is legal to cover losses for someone with an agenda to keep the sp down. I believe this has been happening here.
