RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: AGM This is the first time I have ever sent in a Proxy, let alone attended a shareholder meeting. Most retail investors will just simply throw out the proxy materials.
The voter participation was high imo, however given 70+% of the shares being held by only 161 voters, it shows how many large shareholders BAJ has. The remaining 30+-% will likely be 1000s of smaller holdings, but the crucial ones for management.
BAJ management will need to call the 30% prior to the AGM to get them onside. This will be a tedious but very important exercise.
While at yesterdays meeting and chatting to a few others, I heard that Stephen Lehner had personally been calling for support.
