Norman_Bates , I appreciated you have brought lot of good info to this board . To answer your question and IT IS MY GUESS : if BFS come out positive plus 43-101 up , s/p ( if we lucky , depend on the condition of the market ) will be between $1 to $1.30 MAX , Except the BUYOUT offer . Norm , look at the market in last 8 months , $$$$$ come out of the market EVERY MONTH  , people CASH out , they don't care and they don't trust the market or WALLSTREET anymore . Babyboomer , older generation , they know now they were rigged by Finnancial Proffessional , Wallstreet , Finnancial Industry ....... now I think it will take long time to find new generation to TRUST the market again , and new generation doesn't have too much $$$$$$ . I myself don't see it will happen in next 10 years.  JMO.
