more dilution prefferds converting to commons at 5 c...and most of the debt...+ 10 % more shares...
all in all its a huge dilution to share holders for around 8 million cash and the rest in investment.
valuation is 5 c...else they would have been converted higher...
the only value here is kiacta...if it is successful then u can see minimum 3 $ a share if not..bankruptcy.....
