By giving the MTN holders 50% of the company the math works like this:
Currently the NAV of the company is $2 Billion or $4/share using 500MM shares. Trading at 10 cents due to concerns of survival.
Giving the MTN holders 50% the NAV is then worth $3.4 Billion or $3.4/share using 1,000MM shares. It wouldn't reach $3.4, but $2 to $3 is feasable with survival concerns gone.
