Are you serious. Liquidating YLO would be the stupidest move thinkable. How do you liquidate goodwill? Liquidating thecompany would ensure everyone loses, including the MTN holders.

 

By giving the MTN holders 50% of the company the math works like this:

 

Currently the NAV of the company is $2 Billion or $4/share using 500MM shares. Trading at 10 cents due to concerns of survival.

 

Giving the MTN holders 50% the NAV is then worth $3.4 Billion or $3.4/share using 1,000MM shares. It wouldn't reach $3.4, but $2 to $3 is feasable with survival concerns gone.
