Ha, more lies.  Go read the deal.  No they don't get MWS.  The debt converts to shares if we vote no. It is very explicit that this is what happens after.  We go forward with lower interest costs, and with Ez delivering 7% of gold vs 40%+ at 400oz previously.  Worst case was 30c based on 100m for Ez and 443 for MWS, diluting at 15c.    Those are still rock bottom prices considering Sprott put a value of 150m for the infrastructure alone at Ez, and stated MWS has a npv of 700m. Not to mention the 2m+ ounces proven and probable, and 21m oz inferred at Ez.  Plus we are just ramping up.  After all our expense, it is absolute insanity to sell now once we are finally finished and we have a lower gold royalty, for 70m.  It is a rare mine that doesn't have start up problems.  MWS had them too, and is now making a mint. This is worth several times the 70m being offered minimum, as can be seen by the Gold One CEO going around bragging what at great deal he got bagging 400m in assets for 70m.

I did a calculation with the Sprott numbers too diluting at various different prices.  Why don't you remind me what number that spit out... Significantly higher then the absolute worst case of 30c.

Oh right, that would blow your argument out of the water.

And who is to say what the debt converts at.  15c is absolute worst case.  If one of these funds wanted to screw you bond holders over they could significantly reduce their dilution for peanuts, as the total market cap is only 35 ish million now, with perhaps only half that floating shares.

Remind me how that would change our residual value if they did that.  I posted on that too.  But you conveniently forgot that too in trying to scare us again.

So tell us, what is your agenda?  You've been ignoring that and continue to refuse to be honest with us. You're obviously not a stock holder as you clearly are feeling uncomfortable having your lies continually refuted.

And the deal isn't 26c.  Its 15.5c and some maybes.  Hence why we are trading just below 15.5, not 26.

I really don't know what Gold One and AGA were thinking expecting us to accept the current offer, and to steal our assets for such a pittance. Their greed is going to be their undoing if they want these assets.
