RE: RE: How many JV's?--fjrmoto My thesis....based on a few words by CScharr...which could be absolutely off the mark, but? We longs have a long time to wait(Q3) and why not?
No, I am referring to his comment that they want to be in the "operator/operations" business. I thought that an interesting comment because if I plan to operate only the existing plant, and then build another in some years I wouldn't say it that way. It wouldn't occur to me to mention my underlying assumption, one plant at a time, we own it, and expand to the next asap, which his comment refutes.
But if I had several firms looking at the validity of the investment and I wanted to expand rapidly, then I would offer "operations/operator" as a part of the exchange for equity. Basically, you put up the money, and we will build and operate it for you/us---equity stake required, plus fees for our expertise to build it out for you in the meantime. In addition, perhaps they have found out they don't need to be there all the time, and others could do the operations while they sell their expertise more profitably to expand? Who knows for sure....yet.
So, depending on their personnel capacity to put the existing plant into operation, and take on expansion for partners more JV's?agreements are possible for future start ups. My guess is likely not possible. Bioexx 2.O guarantees production if I remember correctly. So the buyer gets to watch Sas. go live, while planning for "their" plant, a confident, confidence building move. Once a few are up and running there wil be lots of potential JV's in line is my GUESS.
And, his mention that Bioexx is now Bioexx 2.0....alludes to sequential upgrades, growth in a short time frame if one uses the electronics model as a mental model as he has done. Another clue perhaps to his thinking.....
Lots of time to speculate....thanks for your comments.
