RE: SOC property dispute major concern

RE: SOC property dispute major concern

If Canaco gets a ruling they can post on SEDAR I'm convinced it will be the start of the re-building. I agree documented facts would be the only thing that would convince institutions to buy back in. While the president is at it he should get the Government to sign at least a letter of intent if not an outright document sealed by the Tanzanian government that allows them to build a mine. That tells everyone that all the D.D. is done including environmental and social and now it's just about (1) do we sell it to Barrick now that all the encumbrances are gone or (2) we put the plan together to start generating 150 ounces a year starting no later then 2015.

Barrick knows there is gold here and walked the property. The Pres. said no poison pill we don't want to discourage a takeover. What possible logical reason made Barrick pass?   You can't sell what you don't own and can't mine.

This has always been my opinion right or wrong but the charts told me I was not alone in my thinking. Now I want them to fix this.

I'm not saying Canaco was even at fault. I've felt all along it was the Tanzanian Government that messed up. However we pay those guys to fix problems so I anxiously await the results of their hard work. Then up we go.
