Let me assure you that if this POS company needs more money (remember the financing last yr, 50 M in debt and 40M sale of a property) were not supposed to happen the price will not be $1.25 but rather
.50 -
.75 MAX.

What did bates do before this - does he even know what coal looks like ?

I love the video posted on their website last year where they say production is going very well.  That video alone should be grounds for a class action.
