It really depends on what prices people are willing to pay for everything.  What is somebody offering for the Kwale royalty right now compared to what would somebody pay once it is in production.  What is somebody willing to pay for the Pukaqaqa roaylty now compared to what it would be worth once Milpo moves it into construction.
