The RRSU's have a vesting period, not sure exactly when an employee has them attributed to them. 

The Dec 15th transactions were later attributed to M Crevier as RRSUs.  Public info available on SEDI.  Assume that the same will hold true for the Mar 15th transactions.  They could be attributed to many different employees so they are shown as insider transactions with no names at this point.  As far as I can tell it's a  way to retain employees. It may prevent an employee from getting a bunch of options then leaving.  I haven't looked back at the notes but I think it's note 20 not 22 as I said in my last post.

My only point is that the transactions exist but not in traditional share purchase.
