RE: RE: RE: RE: FMS is not cash cow, actually cash I was actually doing DD on Focus to see if the split into three companies will result in an opportunity to make some money. I was thinking about buying.
During this process I read what I posted in their most recent filing to Dec. 31, 2011.
I can see that management and directors are well positioned to profit from the split. I still don't know whether the small retail investor like me is. I just posted what I found and don't intend on bashing FMS, that isn't my intent.
As for insider selling in NGC, yes one director is selling. I don't know why and don't really care since he doesn't have enough shares to affect the share price. But if you care you can call and ask him at:
Jay Chmelauskas, President and Director of Western Lithium Corp.

I don't like you Espagnol. You appear to function on this board under mulitple aliases and misrepresent the facts at almost every turn which must be intended to manipulate the small shareholder. I hope you don't receive compensation from the company as part of their social media budget. It is difficult, if not impossible, to have a factual and respectful discussion of the facts with you which renders this board virtually useless.
As for your latest manipulation of the facts regarding NGC, the President and Treasurer were issued the following number of options under the following terms which is nowhere close to what you wrote (as usual);
Northern Graphite Announces Grant of Options
