Wouldn't the problem be solved if he transferred his SLX shares from his existing broker to a USA broker that can trade on the TSX....the shares are still valid....just that they cannot be traded on a US exchange. I think any US resuident who trades TSX listed shares in the US...he should really find a broker that uses the TSX , T., or V.....rather then over the counter...or pinks..

That would give him more TSX, or Venture companies to trade in....a better opportunity to participate in the Canadian mining market.......Richard
