RE: 2012 AGM

RE: 2012 AGM

Here comes round 2. If Baja gets by this wihout MK upsetting the balance of things, then we will get to production before MK has a chance to infiltrate the BOD's, and possibly change things to the detrimenet of the retail investor. That does not take away the prospects of a hostile takeover bid coming at almost anytime (especially while the share value is under-valued, IMHO).

Too bad that the recent Proxy battle and vote on the existing BOD's could not be utilized as to confirm the existing BOD for the purposes of the AGM. Again the BOD's is going to have to reach out to the retail investors for support. Most importantly the 23% who did not cast their Proxy's in the last vote. Unless I am mistaken MK could effect even greater change if they were to have control of the majority of shares at the AGM than what they tried to achieve in the recent contest.

Another 2 more months of unwanted worries. Thanks MK!
