Even Barrick came out publicly immediately after Goldcorp made a deal with Newgold concerning the El Morrow property and then Goldcorp, Newgold and Xstrata all came back with a public rebuttal stating their position. These companies from time to time have came out with further news releases concerning the legal action but GWY's management has said nothing about it.
We as shareholders have a right to know what is going on. This is the second time that this management has lost properties in Columbia due to their bungling and the first time, they did the same thing by saying nothing.
