Lestat, how many share outstanding are you using to calculate your share price of $1.25?  With the fear of dilution we don't know how many there will be and I don't know how to value my shares.  If the debentures are converted to shares in a few years, depending on the share prkce the number of shares could enter the billions. 

 

Fear of dilution stop my from buying shares more than a fear of the financial problems.

 

Also, do you know if many of the Quebec pension funds are caught up in this?   I've been wondering.
