Thanks but not sure what you are asking. There is NO Real operation manager as they are under construction

for the next 16 to 20 months. There is a mine manager presently who is in charge of construction and operations but MAY not stay on was operational manger once construction is complete. General there is a turn over at some point of time, like when the mine is Built. And as sure as your reading this there will be additional,again, more,still,over runs on this project. Plus there are plans for expansion as long as gold stays above 1000 smackers. TCM original estimate was wayyyyy to low. Not a hope in Hell of completion at that estimate!!!!!!!!!
