I have 500k shares, and I'm voting yes. It's pretty clear that there are no better deals out there, and massive dilution is ahead if the deals fail. 

 

I'm curious, so many of the arguments seem to revolve around what someone has paid for the stock, what does that even matter? Why let one mistake (overpaying) dictate another (walking away from the best possible remaining deal)? If management is truly so terrible, why were people shareholders to begin with?
