RE: SOC property dispute

RE: SOC property dispute

Hi there dadknowsbest,

In my opinion SOC's managment needed to pursue the hearing to the highest level as an obligation to their shareholders.  Many need to realize that Canaco has already stated in writing the resolution of the disputed land.    However, given the fact that we are in Africa, many analysts including the market have taken the precaution of discounting this portion of the property from the total project's evaluation and could be possibly why we are trading at today's current share price.  Once the decision on the ruling has been made public, re-confirming that Canaco is the owner of the property, along with releasing the 43-101 and finally  removing all skeletons from the closet, the market will have no choice but to react positive.  This legal glitch will finally be behind us!
