The fact that WIN & IDCC are up today may be due to AOL selling/licencing 800 patents to MSFT:

Once again this begs the question what are WIN's patents worth in total and what are the 4G/LTE patents worth...to someone else.

Hope we are seeing patent fever take hold again.
