I wish this had happened at a higher price but in general the markets have not co-operated.

Everyone needs to keep in mind it replaces the Silicon Valley Bank, $ 5M credit facility.

TCA is doing more than just offering a $5M revolving credit facility as stated in the link above.

I am quite happy with this announce,ent. I will be on the buy side tomorrow if there is a down draft.
