People are still scared as nothing is 100%, seeing the president sworn in will help, ECOWAS and the UN supporting the Malian army in the north will help, it will be volatile but I think the downside risk is perceived to be much higher than it is given a) people are forecasting what has already destroyed the share price, b) operations will remain unaffected and people are painting the whole country with a wide brush, c) there is very compelling valuation.  I think the buyers will step in to AVR.
