Rappy I am 43 and have been trading since just before the 1987 crash after taking a finance course in high school that got me hooked on this stuff.  I have a degree in psychology, go figure.  By the way at first when you started posting here you were a bit pompous and cocky which I thought was cool.  No offense but now you sound almost afraid.  I know losing money sucks but this extreme negative sentiment will not last forever. In the past 25 years  I have seen countless industry wide corrections like this.  You get them in steel, autos, airlines, home builders, metals etc....PE ratios go down to irrational levels.  If you work out the numbers on many of these gold properties (OLE is one) they are selling at a deep discount to their potential value.  Yet all that matters now is sentiment and absolutely nothing else.  You need a lot of patience.  Ultimately you will look back and realize that this is a time to add not sell.
