LOL...The CEO shouldnt say anything.  I think the dynamic duo has other capers on the go.  It appears they decided to drop the SP back down below cash value by 50%. Why do they bother? Unless they are getting real greedy and putting a deal together to make money simply by using their options as a means to sell later and make double strictly on cash value from all shareholders. IF there is a deal, make the deal.. but the deal should benefit shareholders and not the two setting it up only. Ask the CEO that one and see how he replies.
