Except it would be hard to buy SOC out for that price since there are very few shares available for sale and once it was disclosed that CAN was trying to take it over the share price would skyrocket so that makes no sense. At this point why would CAN do anything until the courts make a determination. But if SOC does have a valid claim and say that key piece of the property is worth $40M what does that do to SOC's share price?
