id like to see frank change up his salary from 20 ounces of gold per month to a $ figure

using $1500 an ounce equates to $360,000 per yr, WAY WAY too much for him at this point and based on the cash in the bank and performance this past year. As much as Genivar may have screwed up, its him that should have caught this ball A LOT EARLIER  than he did. He's the top geo and the ceo and as a result of those glorious titles also gets to suck it up when sh iitt happens. THe gold program being announced the day before the AGM is a wonderful idea to deflect attention from past screwups, as im sure that the floor will be keen for details on this

I believe in the deposit , but Frank maybe aint the guy to get it done. great job at finding it, now get a board of outsiders who know how to move this ahead, not all your best freinds at the drilling company that lands most of the work.

management doesnt get my vote.
