Estimado amigo Peruchocanuck,  si multiplicas 5.19 por el numero de acciones que van a emitir: 24 millones de Candelaria te saldrá el numero de acciones actuales en circulacion de VENA ( 124.6 millones)...

Realmente lo importante de la nota es que ya lo van a hacer. Saludos
