Hey Explorer14, it was actually the 14th;  I remember because 14 is my lucky number and it was actually Valentines day;  you should remember too with 14 being part of your name. 

But remember to think in three dimensions, not two.  The volume on the way up was 6 million, and ya it came down lots from $1.70 or whatever, but what was the volume on the way down...........a few guys selling their shares, who cares................and ya there have not been buyers coming in to pick up the cheap shares as one might expect.   But this is a personality quirk of Volta as a stock, that we get 6 million anxious buyers all at once, and then there are no buyers to be found when shares get cheap.   Probably the institutions can't be bothered with 50 grand worth of shares here and there.   But six million shares were purchased on that day and I bet most continue to be held by those buyers.
