Growthpoint IMO Growthpoint's deliverables are completely dependant on OPEL's ability to prove the technology based on their roadmap. If OPEL's timeframe or milestone's change then so will GP's.
If I understand the white paper, OPEL is looking to scale their way into the market as opposed to hitting the home run overnight. (Short term and long term solutions). I would expect that GP had a hand in developing the white paper based on their knowledge and understanding of the market. I would also hope that this is based on some external guidance as well communicated through GP.
