I think there will be a period of time that it will take to clean out any debris & maybe mud ETC that has accumulated. Until then i do not think it would be possible to give an accurate flow rate so they didn't include it in the release. This is just a guess as the NR was vague but I think a future release will probably give the flow rate after clean out. Lets hope anyways.
