brundall, it's people like you that caused me to go to another  board last Oct... first my name is CHUNKYTOAST not chunkyone like you just posted. when you can't even get a name right  how could anyone expect you to READ and UNDERSTAND the contract...for an intelligent person it is plain and very understandable..my previous post is completely ACCURATE....chunky
