RE: Grade of Ore

The majority of the iron ore that will be shipped from RB will be processed.  So the plan has not changed and iron ore will be processed at RB.  The grades at Tuktu (31%) are higher than the grades at RB (26%).  In both cases, the ore will be be processed to deliver a 67% concentrate.  The smaller projects references the potential DSO opportunities that the Chinese are looking for.  There is very little processing required and hence very little reliance on capital structure (i.e. processing plants).  In both the A/B zone of RB and as well as Tuktu, there is the potential to deliver a DSO product and this would be highly sought after and would not have to be processed using the eventual processing plant to be set up for RB
