User retention is the goal, in India Poynt is seeing upwards of around a 85 % user retention rate which is astonishingly high.
Ortsbo is capturing a huge audience no doubt about that and I expect the platform to continue to be used by the current names as well as picked up by more big names which will keep them there. Ortsbo is a qualified success as seen by it's use by many millions.
