This is getting messy

They basically pre-sold 26,800 oz for $35 mm ($1,306 per oz) and borrowed an additional $35 mm at 9.75% plus a 2% drawdown fee plus a 4% rollover fee.  In addition, Sprott charged an application fee of 13 mm wrnts (5 yr life) with $1.30 strike.

Financing for gold mines is expensive these days.

I didn't think they were going to need this much additional financing.
