RE: potential criminal act Management has never told me this is their plan (wrt to the warrants or even timings). I am just stating my observation that it doesn't seem to be in the shareholder's interest to push for the share price to get too high and for the warrants to come into the money. I'm purely speculating without any inside information or anything from management on what could happen.
These guys are professionals, with too much at stake with other plays to break securities rules -- so they'll go by the book. I don't believe there is a company strategy to drag this out... just that there is a small benefit to us who are here holding ordinary shares if it does get dragged out.
I would point out that if the bulk sample was to occur quickly and the results be very posititve It could also play out that the company has the opportunity to raise about $2MM through the exercise of the warrants, and and increase our cash reserves.
