This story is over.  Without an over-valued stock price this model will implode on itself.  I suspect the irregularities will encompass that wierd couple of weeks in April 2011 where Swisher stock shot up from $6 to $10 for now disclosed reason in about a week.  At that time Swisher shot off two secondary offerings of stock and then the stock crashed right back down.  Now that was not normal ( and I doubt legal).

I never liked this stock.  Just watching to see how it would end.
