Very low float for having built a mine that's already operating.

So what do you propose Washer do to fix the share price for Sprott? Buy 20 million shares by himself?

I've asked this on this forum several times and nobody can give me an answer - what is the implication if they go to commercial production levels before an agreement is signed? Do they get fined? Do they just pay back-royalties and taxes after an agreement is inked? Do you suppose it might hurt a future negotiating position?

So what specifically do you propose Washer do to accomplish this?
