RE: Neighour is moving

RE: Neighour is moving

"SEI   maybe a JV  coming ?"

Speculation begetting more speculation imo. If SEI drills as indicated is a possibility come Q3, then CRJ might flip the bill like they did in 2006/2007. If so, CRJ may opt to up its ownership position from 30% to offset those costs (ie: shares issued to offset costs to drill). Otherwise, I do not foresee any bigger arrangements on the horizon.

SEI is essentially a land package that sits next to Seabee in the hope of eventually being acquired by CRJ. If that were to ever happen, it would be a stock deal as opposed to a cash deal and CRJ will not be undertaking any acquisitions for stock at these stock price levels. Given the agressive drill programs in place, expansion of Seabee and advanacement of Amisk - CRJ will not be using any cash for acquisitions either. Meanwhile, and should SEI opt to drill the property themselves, then a PP will have to be undertaken to raise the cash needed to do so. As for mineralization, additional drills and study would have to be undertaken to better assess the size and economics. With 30% ownership already and no ready means to process any ore unless Seabee is utilized, SEI is not going anywhere and CRJ can take their time. Eventually, I think it makes sense for CRJ to consolidate property in and around Seabee. But speculation should be tempored with reality. CRJ will not be parting with cash at this time nor are they going to use stock as equity to make an acquisition at these low prices. There is no compelling reason to do so and there is no hurry to do so either. IMO, of course.
