I agree the Dec 24 2010 news release was misleading. They were nowhere close to production as evidenced 16 months later with no coal. Looking at the facts, the execs look like weasels who have not told the truth to investors.
Us retail will have little say in the AGM, but I think they should be voted out. This news alone will cause the stock to pop as people know the property is good but the mgmt is bad.
Its painful to admit it but this was all higher level pump and dump - by higher level I mean there was a tangible asset supported by engineering reports whereas most pump and dumps have a few codes of software to their name.
I just hope for some revenue to offset the costs. The worst position here is lots of capex, full costs and no coal.
