Hey Eebler, haven't seen a post here from you in a while;  good to have you back on board.  Does what you call "speculation mode" correspond to the "discovery" phase on the chart?     Would you agree that the current down draft for the entire junior gold sector is an issue predominantly behind current share price movements, rather than the factors set out in the chart?  And finally, is the point of the chart that things get tedius during the stage during the stage when a company does the boring work of permitting and feasibility to bring it toward mine development, and that investors tend to not stick around during that process?   The chart also seems to indicate that once a development decision has been made the uptrend resumes.  Its seems that with Volta the CEO talks as though mine development is a foregone conclusion.
