I agree. Unless I'm missing something if there is a 5 to 1 consolidation and had it occured at Decemebr 31st, 2011 the 465,239,893 fully diluted which includes options, warrants, compensation warrants etc will become 93,047,978 new shares. GLTA especially Espanha.
