finally an answer, I wanted that answer from you....

So you agree with me that they just dilute the dividend of app.  30 %....  It is yor money buddy.

We are talking of NEW share.   They put 3.5 and they will collect 30 % of the dividend, YOU were saying that this dividend will be between 12 and 15 MILLIONS.  So the new investor will make 1 or 1.5 million in a couple weeks

NOT BAD.
