Primary Symbol: PCY

The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the DBIQ Emerging Market USD Liquid Balanced Index (the underlying index). The fund generally will invest at least 80% of its total assets in U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds from emerging market countries that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index measures potential returns of a theoretical portfolio of liquid emerging market U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds.

There are many beaten down stocks presently available and even though  one maybe tempted to buy more PCY at this price  a stop loss order is advisable, To bad I did not take my own advise as i am stuck with this dog

 

Put your stop loss at .40 and you'll be out of the stock.  You don't even seem to grasp the most basic of premises regardig how the sale of the coal to the power plant will work...how could we possibly expect you to understand grammar or patience?!
