RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: reminder of why we invested in And now, without the typos...
What's bizarre is gold miners and explorers trading at these levels. the previous ones were normal. Barrick's trading 20% less than it did in 2008 - when gold was half the price, and so was it's dividend.
A company like GMV, with 1,000 sq km to explore in some of the best gold regions in Guyana should not be trading at $7M maket map. Some houses in Toronto are $7M.
On these same lands GMV owns, alluvial miners find 70-90 MILLION oz of gold per year, BY HAND. That's well over $100M.
GMV only has rights to what's in the ground, but seriously. It's undervalued now, buddy. Get with the program.
Look at DNA. 500K oz measured and Indicated + 2M oz inferred + av. grade of 13 g/t. That's over $4 BILLION worth of gold. It's trading at less than $100 million market cap. (Not to mention they're not even close to done drilling yet, in Ireland...safe as houses)
Get out of gold if you think today's prices are too high or just right. You don't know what you're talking about.
