.....what I was meaning..... if the debenture holders get behind the movement to change the deal and get a good enough deal that would cause shareholders to change their vote to yes.

You might seriously consider supporting the movement to get a better deal (see Lefmike's post) that will encourage the shareholders to vote "Yes"
