GUY own 625 000 shares /1.4M options  (personally)

he owns 46.6% of SARI(Sky Alliance Ressources Inc) who own  24.5M shares of WAI 

i think joe bangoura who is on WAI's b.o.d  since last fall  own  46.6.% of SARI as well
