insider selling

insider selling

There have been a number of insider sells the past couple of weeks. One day was over 100k. They are not showing up on canadian insider and it is well past the 5 day reporting limit. What explanation is there for insider selling (per the TSX website) that doesn't not show up in the sedar database?
