You are so wrong........................

Wrong, the debentures will be absorbed into shares, then they will be part of the shareholder group and will receive the same as the shareholders would per share.....

Wrong again,  The number of shares the debentures will have will be dependant  on the agreed at price per share after the period is over.  The debenture holders will be sharing their portion with the rest of the shareholders, AND absorbing the portion that is in escrow.
